We are so pleased to announce Talk To Me Technologies has been awarded an Iowa Top Workplaces distinction by the Des Moines Register!
Rankings are determined based solely on a survey taken by employees earlier this year. This survey sent out by a third-party source, called the Energage Workplace Survey, is taken nationwide and measures how employees feel about their workplace. The goal of the survey is to receive honest and sincere feedback, so responses are anonymous. This is assessed based on multiple factors, two of which are 15 cultural drivers and statements to measure employee engagement (commitment, referral, and motivation.)
