Our experienced team of speech-language pathologists (SLPs) and AAC Consultants is available to support you and your team during the evaluation process. We work with SLPs and children’s clinical and educational teams to help assess skills and needs related to choosing personalized language systems, access methods, optimal device positioning and appropriate mounting solutions.

We want children to be successful during the trial period, so communicators and their teams feel empowered with implementing a new way to communicate. We can customize trial devices with vocabulary important to each child, and we provide support as needed throughout the trial. Once the trial device is returned, we store customizations that were made so important vocabulary can be transferred to a brand-new device later!

We are here to support the people who support AAC communicators. Families and teams will receive training from one of our AAC professionals after a new communication device is received. Access to our Customer Care Team is available for the lifetime of the device. As children grow and change, current vocabulary and access methods may need to be reconsidered. We can help with that too!
