Device Coordinator

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

As a Device Coordinator, you’ll learn about our exclusive line of speech-generating devices so you can help each client test drive a device to get the best fit for their needs.

  • Your daily focus will be on preparing client trial devices, checking them over for quality, and getting them sent out.
  • You can anticipate an average day to have 6-7 hours spent hands on with our devices while the rest of the day is spent on the computer sending initial client outreach communication.
  • You will take feedback from our clients and from your experiences to make ongoing improvements to our Trial program’s overall efficiency.
  • Communication with our clients is key as is communicating with other members of the TTMT360 team to ensure the best service and support is provided from trial to purchase.

 

Our Trials Operations Team is a growing group of unique individuals focused on providing a variety of options to meet each client’s needs. Together they problem solve to streamline the trials process for both our clients and our team, and they provide a fun, casual environment where everyone is welcome.

Compensation

Starting salary for this role: $40,000
