Accounting Specialist

Full Time | Cedar Falls, IA

Talk to Me Technologies is looking for an Accounts Specialist to join our team! This position provides support in maintaining company financial records. Responsibilities include:

  • Processing purchase invoices and recording credit card expenditures
  • Liaising with suppliers and colleagues to answer inquiries and resolve any issues with processing
  • Reconciliation of supplier statements and investigating negative or outstanding balances
  • Support administration team on implementation of Business Central ERP system
  • Prioritizes workload while maintaining accuracy and consistency

Key skills and Requirements for this position

Compensation

Starting salary range for this role: $40,000 - $45,000
